Ollie managed my case and exceeded expectations. He was extremely supportive as a first time buyer who was not familiar with the process or terminology.
He was responsive, clear and reliable. The market was very turbulent when I was searching with several base rate increases so we had to be decisive. This really helped with his responsiveness to emails and calls.
Fortunately I now have my product secured which reduces uncertainty around the changes to inflation.
As I've yet to exchange, Ollie will continue to monitor the market in case a better rate appears - so the service continues after to ensure I get the best deal.
Ollie also manages Protections, so will be asking for their support again.

If I could give 6 stars I would, using Willow Brook Mortgages made the whole mortgage process so simple and straightforward as a slightly clueless first time buyer. Charles is super friendly & efficient and we could not have lucked out any more having been recommended his services. Full of great advice, highly knowledgable, never pushy - I would recommend this service to everyone and anyone.

Being self-employed with a few restrictions made my case trickier than most, but Charles explained every step clearly, and often with good humour. I've used a number of mortgage brokers in the past and dealing with Willow Brook is hands down the best experience I've had. Communication is quick, friendly and clear and Charles had my mortgage submitted AND approved within 2 days! Faultless service, very highly recommended. Thank you :)

We looked for a mortgage broker near Bath, we found Willow Brook through their Google reviews and after a recommendation from a colleague we called in. Skye was phenomenal and has been nothing but professional with us! Charles secured us an amazing mortgage deal and even looked at our life cover too. I was unfortunately in hospital when I started proceedings and honestly felt I had done very little to secure a great mortgage. In fact if it wasn't for them I don't think I'd have found anything as good as what they did.
